Sea Horse Compressors
Right now the compressors are not operational.  We are working on them to re-start operation.  Estimated start is some time in March.  We will put up announcements as we get close.  We are still doing VCI's.

The Sea Horse Dive Club maintains two compressors for use by its members, one in the North end and one at the South end of Puget Sound area.  Air fills are free to members, provided they have a current Sea Horse VCI sticker on each tank.  Staffing and policies are different for the two compressors so please refer to the detail page for the one you're going to use.

South Compressor

The Kent Compressor was located in the Boeing Activity Center in Kent and is no longer in operation.  VCI are by appointment.  The VCI clinic schedule will be announced and be posted on the Sea Horse Calendar.  Please contact kent-comp@seahorsediveclub.com if you have any questions.

We are working at getting the old portable compressor set up in Tukwila as soon as possible.  Their are some parts to buy and other mechanical issues to solve to make it work.

North Compressor

The Everett Compressor was moved to Lynnwood and being set up there.  VCI are by appointment.  Please contact evt-comp@seahorsediveclub.com for information and reservations.

The work that is needed on the North end compressor is to put in an electrical connection at the location so we can plug in the motor.  As soon as the electrical connection is installed and inspected we will make it available for club member fills.

VCI (Visual Cylinder Inspections)

SCUBA cylinders require annual VCI, or dive shops won't fill them.  Our compressors are no different.  You must have a current VCI sticker from the Sea Horse Dive Club to fill your tanks at our compressors.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  Sea Horse VCI's are accepted at nearly all area dive shops.  Charge for VCI's are $10 per cylinder (a bargain).

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please remember when dealing with our compressor staff, they are all volunteers taking their own time to help their fellow club members.  So please be courteous and realize that they have to abide by the rules, and make sure you're a current member and have a valid VCI before asking us to fill your tanks.
