The Sea Horse Dive Club shall have no liability for (1) the accuracy of the information contained in the system, or the contents of any advertisements, or for assertions or omissions therein, (2) any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages, or (3) any acts of any person in connection with information provided in an advertisement, including, without limitation, use or disclosure of personal phone numbers, addresses or other contact information. Advertisers provide such contact information at their own risk.

The Sea Horse Dive Club reserves the right to remove any listings or any advertisements for any reason.  Business ads, or any ad deemed inappropriate will be deleted without notice.
