Find your way to Ruston Way on Tacoma's northern water front. The entrance is just past the fire boat. Take the I-705 freeway past the Tacoma dome.
This site has steps that are diver friendly. Some of the rocks have been moved so you aren't tripping on them as you get in.
The road beds are still there with a few anemonees, giant pacific octopus and many other species.
