Friday Night Dive Report From Mukilteo

posted Mar 8, 2014, 6:00 PM by Ed Gullekson
Great dives tonight. Ed, Mike and Randy hit the water about 5:30 and immediately found two juvy wolf eels in a single hole in a log. We saw several small red octos, bay pipe fish and a bunch of female crab who had just spawned (Could find one in the act) We are still seeing the starfish die-off but also saw a bunch of very small sunstars so the next generation seems to be doing okay. Viz was not too hot but that did not matter. We still had a great time. Ed & I had a great sandwich & beer at Diamond Knot after the divers.  Water temperature is at the 44-45 degree range.  Photos are on the Face Book web site.
